Score 75 near-misses while riding a rented turbo bike.
During the “To the Queen” or “Nightmare Riders” chapters, narrowly avoid a collision with one of the walls so that the Near-Miss icon appears at least 75 times, cumulatively.

Take an enemy’s photo when it’s in warning distance.
During the “A Rock and a Hard Place” chapter in Act III, use Bratty’s phone to take a picture of an enemy when it fills the screen moments before a collision.
[20] Be Tight
Deal with your friends without any restarts.
During the “A Rock and a Hard Place” chapter in Act III, complete all of the combat segments for Pimple, Bratty and Holiday without failing once.
[5] Take This, Axeman!
Find a way to keep a Champion’s weapon stuck.
During the “A Hard Axe to Follow” chapter in Act II, use your Gum Spit ability (LT + A) to hold Axeley in place when his weapon is stuck in the stage.

Escape from a Topian in less than 4 minutes.

During the “Stumped” chapter in Act II, locate the Axeley cutout in the ‘Good Wood’ store and stand behind it for a photo-op.

Find the ‘Warp Wall’ while riding a turbo bike. (Secret)
During the “Nightmare Riders” chapter in Act IV, intentionally crash into the wall that seems to display the swirling blue circular ‘Warp’ graphic alluding to the first Battletoads game.
[5] Dealt a Lucky Hand
Get a flawless victory in Toadshambo.
During the “ToadShamBo” chapter in Act I, have every hand result in a victory or a tie for an undefeated streak.
[15] Not Just for the Holidays
Land a streak of 15 hits while destroying a totem.
During the “A Rock and a Hard Place” chapter in Act III, correctly input at least 15 correct button prompts during Holiday’s totem destroying segment.
[10] Blink and You’ll Miss It
Defeat 25 pink eyeballs during Time for Plan B.
During the “Time for Plan B” chapter in Act I, intentionally avoid progressing through the battle by defeating the green Summoning Eyes, and instead focus your efforts on destroying at least 25 pink eyeballs.
[15] Pacifist
Survive the first space battle for 45 seconds without shooting. (Secret)
During the “Spacebrawls” chapter in Act III, intentionally avoid using your weapons and instead rely on your piloting skills to survive for at least 45 seconds.
[10] Hit the Drop
Freefall more than 10 meters while escaping a Topian.
During the “Gut Reaction” chapter in Act IV, intentionally avoid using your parachute during the freefalling descent for at least 10 meters in height.
