Scenario: A visit to the Frrrreezer is met with lukewarm reception after the central Ice Box harbors an abundance of Ghoulies that are ready to give Cooper the cold shoulder. You’ll have an entire minute to take down as many of these Freezer fiends as possible using only the objects found around the room, the more freezing stiffs you manage to arrange, the higher your score will equate to in the end with 13 being the target to beat!
Strategy: Naturally you’ll want to waste little time getting started, so from where you start off you’ll want to venture off to your left where you’ll spot a large ventilation pipe that meets the ground just in front of the freezer unit. Kicking at the base of this pipe will spill its bounty to the floor; a single One-Hit Wonder! Super Soup Tin. While the Zombies and Imps being to conglomerate atop the central freezer, you’ll need to take several steps backward to the closest freezer to find a rather hefty bag of flour that’s been left to the side. Lift the bag of flour over your head and position yourself so that you face the mass of Ghoulies just ahead; you’ll need to hurl the bag toward the center of the crowd to send a ripple effect that will take out the most Ghoulies. Once you’ve managed that the counter should reach an optimal 5-6 Ghoulies, if you’ve been especially proficient. From here you’ll want to venture back to where you started from in order to snatch up the stash of Burgers that have been laid out in front of the shelving unit. Use the Burgers to pick off individual Ghoulies; you’ll be provided with a total of six, which means you’ll add another six Ghoulies to your increasing total if you’re an especially good shot. Once your supply has been exhausted, your Super Soup ability will being to wear, so long as you’ve managed to massage your score into the double digits, you should be ready for the next step. Once you’re ready, make your way to the opposite end of the room that features a barrel between a freezer and another ventilation pipe. Breaking open the base of this pipe will provide you with a second helping of One-Hit Wonder! Super Soup, and your current proximity with the aforementioned barrel should have you bowling over the competition after some careful aim. You’ll manage to locate a second pile of burgers on the bottom shelf of the unit next to the freezer; use them to pick off the remaining survivors and you should manage to project yourself over the required 13 mandatory Ghoulies for the Platinum reward.
Bronze Medal: 4 Ghoulies defeated in one minute.
Silver Medal: 7 Ghoulies defeated in one minute.
Gold Medal: 10 Ghoulies defeated in one minute.
Platinum Medal: 13 Ghoulies defeated in one minute.
