Straight out of the gate, Rare has managed to impress us with two launch titles that can be yours absolutely free of charge. For the die-hards, the release of Killer Instinct from Double Helix Games brings with it the predictable onslaught of agile button-mashing, stunning counters and faithful C-C-C-Combo Breakers.

You can manage to score your copy of Rare‘s prize fighter at absolutely no cost with Jago ready and willing to make quick work of his dopplegangers – though for a few dollars more you can access the entire roster for the first season of the game as well as their respective stages. As an added bonus you’ll also recieve the original Killer Instinct Arcade title, providing a bit of a retrospective reprieve from its modern counter-part.
Did you get your hands on the Killer Instinct Pin Ultimate Edition? Starting December you’ll have the chance to earn your first pin by participating in specific challenges before the month ends.

On the subject of exclusive prizes, Kinect Sports Rivals: Preseason leads up to the official Rivals release with a set of challenges all its own.
If you can manage to fulfill criteria set in the Harbor Trail Wake Racing course, you’ll earn an official title, and limited edition Wake Racer and Wet-suit only available during the First and Best event this November.
